How to Order Online
Step-By-Step

Firstly, if at any point when trying to order off our website you are needing help, please call us on 07776 444200

1. Choose the items you would like to order by clicking the "add to basket" beneath each product on our site. Make sure you remember to select the size you want. Your shopping cart will then show in same window.

2. You should now be on our shopping cart page. At this point you have 3 options.

Firstly to go back to the FlyWalk Website via the "Back to Store" button and add more items, e.g. if you wish to purchase for than 1 pair of shoes.

Secondly, to get accessories, by clicking on the "Personalise" button. For example items such as Wheel Removal Tool, Insoles, Laces & Extra Protection.

Thirdly, the finalise your shopping cart before placing your order, this comes in 2 forms, filling out the "Special Instructions" box and selecting the "Add Shipping" Button to work out the best postage method for you.

3. Now you are ready to start submitting you full order details. First select the "Go to Payments Button (on the screenshot above at the bottom).

Then fill in the form appropriately as requested with your details. If you wish to send the shoes to a different address to your billing card address dont forget to fill that in under the delivery address.

Once completed click the "continue" button at the bottom of the page.

4. You will then reach a page confirming the details you have entered are correct. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page when happy with the details.

5. Fill in your card details and enter the rest of the details the form requires. Once happy, click the "Proceed" button located at the bottom of the page.

6. You will then get a confirmation of your order as you should go through to the order confirmation page. You order will have then gone through!

If you provided an email address when ordering, you should have been emailed a confirmation of the order.
