Like all sports there is a risk involved in using Heelys or Mountain Boards. It is strongly recommended that proper protective gear be worn at all times while doing these sports. All persons who wear Heelys/Soap Shoes or ride mountain boards do so at their own risk.
FlyWalk will not be held liable for any injury or damage sustained by any persons, property, Mountain Boards or Heelys/Soap Shoes equipment arising out of the use of a Mountain Boards or Heelys/Soap Shoes.
